For ten years, I ran a barber shop in Melbourne, and was the barber of many high-profile customers, including famous racing driver John Harvey. The main entrance can be walked from the Harbour St. Another entrance can be taken from Factory St. The entire building is at the junction of Harbour ST and Goulburn ST, opposite Bendigo Bank if you are coming from Harbour St
